Railmail’s assistant features run on AI credits. When credits run out, the assistant pauses until you top up. The rest of the app keeps working.

What consumes credits

Automation assistant flow builderGenerate flow (5 credits).
Assistant segment suggestionsProposing segments from activity.
Assistant agents chatTesting and using the assistant.

Plans

Manage your plan under Settings → Subscription. Plans (Free, Standard, Pro) differ across limits and features such as:
  • Emails per month and contacts
  • Number of users and projects
  • A/B testing and advanced analytics
  • Custom branding (removing Powered by Railmail)
  • API access, support level and SLA
Billing can be monthly or yearly (yearly is discounted). Checkout is handled through Paddle, and you can download invoices from the subscription page.

Usage

The Usage view tracks your subscribers, emails sent, AI credits, projects and users against your plan limits, and warns you as you approach them.
If a subscription becomes restricted (for example, past due), email sending is disabled until it’s resolved. Other statuses include active, past due, cancelled and expired.
